Terms of Service and privacy policy
These Terms of Use are an agreement between MyHostLicenses and you. This agreement defines how we interact and provide services (also referred to as “License”) through our company MyHostLicenses and our website myhostlicenses.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them. You may withdraw from your commitment at any time by canceling your services (see section “Termination”).
MyHostLicenses may modify the terms of use at any time and undertakes to notify you 15 days in advance to allow you time to decide whether or not to renew your commitment.
Article 1 - Conditions of access to the service
- Anyone with the equipment to install and use our licenses can be a customer of ours.
- The customer agrees not to interfere with the operation of the licenses we provide and to use them under the conditions defined by the software in question.
- The customer agrees not to use reverse engineering software or circumvent our licensing system for the purpose of reselling or harming the operation of the service.
Article 2 - Billing and duration of service
2.1 Invoices and payment
- All invoices are generated 7 days before the service expiration date.
- The customer agrees to pay the invoice and accepts that the license in question will be suspended if no payment is received before the expiration date.
- If the customer does not pay the invoice after the license expires, late fees will apply and the customer must pay them to regain access to their service.
- Only the payment methods listed on the website can be used to pay an invoice. MyHostLicenses may decide to add or remove a payment method and undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible.
2.2 Termination of service
- At any time, the customer may decide to terminate their service by submitting a cancellation request in the customer area or by contacting support.
- MyHostLicenses may decide to cancel the service only if the customer abuses their license (see Article 1) or recovers the money spent on their service outside the terms defined in Article 2.3.
- Termination will result in the cancellation of invoices awaiting payment.

Article 3 : Privacy Policy
3.1 Our commitment
- MyHostLicenses does not use your personal data for commercial or other purposes. Your data is stored for the entire duration of your customer account.
- The customer may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting support. All services will be deleted along with the customer account and data.
