You can request a refund in the following cases:
- If you have purchased a reseller account, you have a maximum of 48 hours to request a refund.
- Licenses are refundable and use the same refund rules as MHL. You will receive a refund ONLY in the form of a credit to your reseller account.
- In the event of a technical problem, you can only request a refund after a 24-hour breakdown.
