All customers can request a service refund only if one of the conditions is fulfilled :

  • You can request a refund 48 hours after purchase without receipt.

  • If a service failure occurs after 48 hours, you can be refunded. If the problem lasts between 24 and 48 hours, you can request one month's free service.

  • If you have purchased a service from the original provider or an official reseller, you can request a refund at any time. You must send us proof of purchase less than 2 months old with a IP address or any other information that clearly identifies you.

 

To request a refund, you need to cancel your service from the client area the customer area by clicking on the “Cancellation request” button and opening a ticket.

Lifetime Licenses can't be refunded, but if you meet the third condition, you can claim it. Depending on the circumstances, we may refund.
